I think that I might have given some people here some wrong impressions in the past. So, I'd just like to clear a few things up.
1. I am a Christian.
2. This means that I believe in one God, who expresses Himself as a Trinity of people - God the Father, God the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
3. This also means that I believe all other gods/godesses/deities-of-any-description are fakes, invented by humans or by Satan to trap people and keep them away from God.
4. In addition, I believe that everyone who isn't a Christian is going to Hell.
5. Understandably, I would really rather all you people didn't go to Hell. Hence, I'm praying for you. And I'm going to keep praying for you. Even if you ask me not to.

So, there we go.

I've often been curious as to why people do discard the saints.

When I discovered them, I had no idea what I had been missing. Its more than hearing about these people. I heard about a few of the things they did. And did not hear as many others do not. I had to read their stories, and through those stories, which are true to the best of human ability, a world is revealed that goes against Secularism, and secular ways.

Saints are todays prophets. Saints are God's people today. Saints are those whom God has taken Favor upon.
He shows his favor on these people.
He asks them to suffer for sinners as he did, and they do.
He gives them special answers to prayers. Up to resurrection of those who have died.

God even saves their bodies, as he did Moses from Corruption.

These are more than people that "merely love God" and leave him behind on Sunday.
These beings, who we call saints, Loved God so much that they looked at the world through christs eyes, with his Love and Compassion for all of humanity.

My father (God) has yet to answer such a request for me. I have not asked, and it has bothered me in the past. For I am not worthy of such a request,.
Point to me a person such as Padre Pio, or Saint Theresa of Avila, Saint Catherine Laboure of the Miraculous medal in all of Christianity, especially protestant christianity.

Does someone love God so much, much more than their Egotistical examination of the Bible? Their amplification of what rings "true" to them? Does this not remind you of the Pharisees?

Saints:
Asking those who have passed, for signs such as healing. Those who can go before God and ask these petitions be filled, and when two healings have occurred.

These healings have to be from Certain Death, be 2 in quantity, and not had anything to do with the doctors. Who are usually dumbfounded by the healing as "Impossible". Usually in response to a request to the deceased to ask God to heal someone.

Those kind of Miracles are the type that the Catholic Church approves. And when she hears that someone asked a petition of a deceased person, they begin the quest of inquiry into that persons life.
We, you, I, all who are fallen who would hear the call are called to be saints. Make no mistake. God wants you as much as I.

What does Saint mean? Sanctus, Holy, set apart. In Latin, it is the same. Sacred.

YHWH (Yahweh, "I AM", GOD) is Sanctus, The "Espiritu Sanctus" Holy Spirit.

A SAINT is a Man or Woman of God set apart from the rest of his Church by GOD. YHWH sets him apart, we identify those who are in God's Presence, who can relate to our situation, and pray for us before God.

For us to identify this group of people, gives us the goal, what we should strive to be. As Jesus said, many others greater than he would come after him.

How can that be true without attempt at examination of people of our church? It would suggest we don't care that God would choose to set someone apart from others.
