Your Systemizing Quotient is 60.

51-80: You have a very high ability for analysing and exploring a system. On average women score about 24 an dmen score about 30. Three times as many people with Asperger Syndrome score in this range, compared to typical men, and almost no women score this high.

Your Empathising Quotient is 20.

0-32: You have a lower than average ability for understanding how people feel and responding appropriately. Most people with Asperger Syndrome or high-functioning autism score about 20. On average, most women score about 47 and most men about 42.

Although I kept suffering an urge to check boxes that made pretty patterns on the page rather than actually related to my answers.

For the last one I was caused to think:
  • Does a person get penalised on this set of questions if they have a realistic appraisal of their ability to assess others, i.e. someone who was overconfident might score higher, not because they were more empathic, but because they had never paid enough attention to see that they weren't.
  • Does a person get penalised because they balence their intuition with reason, and would that be a fair penalisation: would weighing the intuition with reason imply the intuition was neccessarily poorer?

Intresting that your friends list seem to tend towards your extreme scores Michelle (unless of course their averages are way out, which is always possible).
