Having acquired a quoth_rachel, we were now well on our way to doing a good bit of marblescaring. After only one wrong turning, leading to a significantly larger roundabout than expected, we managed to find the house of the marble, and duely invaded. After reassuring him that I'd forgotten my axe, we got drinks and settled down for a spot of quoth_rachelconfusing. I don't think we managed to convince her that she absolutely had to spod more, though. Eventually we decided to go to the park. On the way, it was established that I had also forgotten to bring any sharp sticks (apparently prodding with such is the only way to get marble to talk). This was shown not to be a problem due to the wide availability of fairly blunt sticks which appeared to do the job (or is that the jab?) adequately...
