In general:

I don't have any particular squicks or triggers - in fact I'm often quite keen on terrible things ;-). But mostly I just love these characters and want to see them being them at things (terrible or otherwise)... I'm not so keen on AU stuff (although several of my requests are in quite speculative areas so I hope there's plenty of freedom anyway) or fuzzy no-problems romantic curtainfic (although Chay is the exception there, she deserves some curtainfic!). I think that's about it?

Chronicles of Narnia:

Characters: Jadis

Anything that explores her actions and motivations - or just shows her being glorious :-). I am a sucker for Charn fic and all kinds of darkfic, but not really into AU or redemption arcs, although complex motivations and thinking she's on the side of good as she defines that are all great.

The Culture - Iain M. Banks:

Characters: Yime Nsokyi, Chay

I just want to know more about the lives of these people :-). For Yime I want to know more about her as a person, how everyday life goes; for Chay I'm more interested in what happens next, although what happened before the events in the book would be great too.

Diamond Age:

Characters: Mouse Army Member, Nell

I've always been fascinated with the mouse army and especially fic about the individuals that make it up; equally, I am very interested in more general what happens next for Nell, how she makes her new nation work, what her life is like after all that :-)

Millennium Trilogy - All Media Types:

Characters: Monika Nilsson, Monica Figuerola

There is shockingly little fic written for this popular trilogy in general, and even less which is not centred around Salander. I've always been fascinated by the 'minor' Millennium staff characters, especially Nilsson; I'd love to see some of the action through her eyes, or how she helps keep the magazine together while the protagonists are off running around :-) As for Figuerola, I must admit I'm partial to the thought that she works out how to share Blomkvist, but I'm also interested in her life before the main events - how she gets to be the highly competent and trusted but also still somewhat impulsive woman we see.

I've both read the books and seen the Swedish films (with subtitles), but I admit my request is based mostly on the books, despite the 'all media types' tag on the fandom.

A Fire Upon The Deep - Vernor Vinge:

Characters: Tyrathect, Johanna Olsndot, Ravna Bergsndot

There appears to be no fic for this anywhere, so frankly I will be very happy with whatever you come up with :-). If you want some starting points, more about the Tines is always good - maybe earlier chapters in the life of Tyrathect or her components, or what-happens-next with the humans integrating into their society.
