You may have noticed I am bored and have no energy for doing anything productive (despite the ten thousand things I need to do, like sort out food for the next couple of weeks and wash and wash clothes).
Favorite season: Autumn (things go pretty colours, it is not too hot or too cold, and it does not monsoon as much as spring)
Favorite color: The colour wheel from purple to turquoise through blue, high saturation and moderate/high brightness, is pretty much all good (there is some particularly lovely examples of pink/purple/lilac used in the spray-paint graffiti in the underpass I take on the way to work)
Favorite time: I'm quite fond of 8pm at the moment
Favorite food: Most consistantly, egg fried rice, although there's also something about really good fluffy squishy warm white bread, and chocolate with too much sugar in.
Favorite drink: Water, mostly on practical grounds. Vimto is also quite good. Vanilla and banana smoothies are a dessert, not a drink.
Favorite ice cream: Really Good Chocolate, like Phish Food. If it's generic icecream, the strawberry will be better, though. (Bad strawberry icecream is better than good strawberry icecream, in my view.)
Favorite place: Bed. I get to have all kinds of excellent dreams, and it is is warm and snuggly.
Favorite sport: LARP
Favorite actor: I have this general inability to remember actors, and haven't really watched anything with actors in for a while, especially not actors that I'd favour.
Favorite actress: As above.

Current feeling: barely suppressed panic under a big cloak of lethargy
Current drink: water
Current time: 11:42am (because I just spent the morning spodding)
Current show on TV: We have no TV. When I am watching TV-like things at the moment it is normally Scrapped Princess, which I am not yet halfway through.
Current mobile used: It's a Motorola V66i, apparently. It is also too old to be on most people's lists of phones.
Current windows open: 2 xterms (ssh Pinkstuff -> irssi to kern; planning text-file also running xmms)
Current underwear: navy blue knickers, on which the elastic has gone. Surprisingly white bra. No socks.
Current clothes: long-sleeved turquoise t-shirt, blue jeans, brown belt.

8 Firsts
First nickname: Martian, from the charming children at my primary school.
First kiss: This is a daft question because the answer is always 'some relative or other'. First not-polite-in-front-of-the-grandparents kiss, with Sath when I was 15.
First crush: Pat Sharp, the presenter of Fun House.
First best friend: Maria, at primary school.
First vehicle I drove: a car on a Driving Day thing when I was 16, on a tiny private track. I remember nothing about the car. The instructor told me that I steered like I was wrestling an alligator.
First job: clearing out old databases, doing data entry and breifly sorting widgets before I decided it was too much like effort, courtesy of my dad who was the manufacturing director of the company I was doing this for.
First date: I have never really done 'dates'. Occasionally Nicholas and I will decide we would like an excuse to eat nice food in a nice restaurant, but I can't remember when we first did that.
First pet: a hamster named Hammy, because I was particularly unoriginal at three years of age. For quite some time I believed that he had been eaten by the cats that we got later in his life, who often eyed him hungrily when he skittered around the house in his sturdy plastic hamster ball, but in fact he had just quite prosaically died in his cage of old age.

Last drink: water
Last kiss: With Nicholas, a few mintues ago.
Last meal: Breakfast, which was more honey nut cornflakes than I would normally eat because Nicholas got it for me as I was sitting at the computer whining rather than doing anything.
Last website visited: LiveJournal, which I am trying desperately to catch up on, to little avail.
Last movie watched: A Scanner Darkly, which was far less traumatic and more uplifting than it had promised, but still quite good for all that they felt they had to give it a happy ending.
Last phone call: Probably the one where I whined at Nicholas' answer machine at Maelstrom because he hadn't taken his phone with him, but had taken and put up our tent and then become impossible to find.
Last TV Show watched: Probably an episode of Sharpe or Dr Who at Oblivion.
6 Have you evers
Have you ever broken the law: Whilst I expect I have, because there's so much law nowadays, I can't think of a particular incident.
Have you ever been drunk: I have attempted to get drunk, but mostly when I have also been quite tired and around shiny happy people, which make the symptoms of that and the effects of alcohol quite hard to distinguish.
Have you ever kissed someone you didn't know: This depends on your threshold for 'didn't know'. I have been to a couple of churches where people felt that kissing each other on the cheeks was appropriate for casual acquaintances.
Have you ever been close to gun fire: Only on a target-shooting range
Have you ever skinny dipped: no
Have you ever broken anyones heart: Saying 'yes' would be flattering myself (you have to have someone's heart to break it, after all), but I think I probably have. I believe they have all put themselves back together since.
5 Things
5 things you can hear right now: Myself eating, traffic on Milton Road, myself typing
5 things on your bed: mattress protector, sheet, duvet, pillows, lube (betcha didn't want to know that...)
5 things you ate today: honey nut cornflakes, bread, Jarlsberg. If I'm allowed to count twenty-four hours, turkey and pasta.
5 things you can't live without: Oxygen. Water. Food. Modern medicine (although it's more 'horrible degradation over about ten years and becoming a total burden much sooner' than 'instant death'). God.
5 things you do when you get bored: Whine. IRC. Poke Nicholas. Read the Internets. Eat chocolate and icecream.

Fidelia. Because it would be so much cooler to do this visit IC instead of in downtime.
