I feel tired, ill, and miserable. This is partly due to actually being quite ill, partly due to a really depressing dream, and partly due to needing an excuse not to go to my lecture so I can have a shower. (Yes, I know I'm spodding; I'm attempting to eat breakfast, which is difficult because I feel ill.)

In other news, I now know what book I'll be getting from school, because our Java lecturer has decided to be lazy and tell us all to go and get a book rather than writing notes, and I can't be bothered to race people to the library for it.

Also, I feel like a complete and utter faliure, but I know that's just the physiology talking. (Not that I don't have due cause, and all, but I suspect I'm being overdramatic.) The fact I have one of the most depressing songs I know in my head currently probably isn't helping.

You need an excuse beyond being ill and depressed? You're much too conscientious. Still, urg: drink lots, lose consciousness, and growl at anyone who disturbs you.

If you like, I can probably introduce you to more depressing songs... <G>

*hugs* Cheer up. It might not be specific advice but I think it's just about the best I can give right now. Life really isn't as bad as Cambridge seems to think it is at the moment.
