Period's started now, so I'm very happy indeed, despite being in pain due to not having any water to take medicationy things with. (It's the way the mood just *lifts* when my period starts that always surprises me; good way of telling when it's happening, too.) See, I knew going out tonight (to the Fusion Tour thingamy) would be good for me.

Now I just have to deal with being exhausted for the next week. Ho hum, it's a lot better than having that lovely black PMT cloud to deal with.

The Fusion idea does encourage people to attend a church too; City Life Church uses Fusion as its main small-groups for students. The idea of cell in this context isn't that it replaces church, but that it provides a local community of people within a college that might go to different churches but all know each other in college and can help each other out when needed due to proximity. Also, it's meant to be a useful informal context to invite new Christians / people who want to know more along to, being less intimidating than a church. Fusion is different to normal church small-groups not only because of the geographical rather than church-based emphasis, but also because it's part of a national organisation specifically aimed at connecting students across the country.
