I presume you mean the livejournal site design change. It's possible to set it back to the old style if you dislike the new one - go here. (http://www.livejournal.com/manage/siteopts.bml)
Personally, I prefer the new design, and I've been using it for ages (while it was in beta you could still set it from that page), but then I like clean and bright designs.
