I must get around to introducing a Paladin sometime, so I can get to use the alignment 'Lawful Insane' (as in 'the party drag you away from the massive black giant, screaming and kicking and sobbing "But it's evil!"').

Lawful Insane sounds more like a runaway bureaucrat. And to have him go at evil, I'd have to suggest more like Good Insane.

(But personally I think the alignement: Look, he's a paladin, what do you think? would be more amusing)

(It'd have to be 'Insane Good', though... whichever descriptor is the least 'necessary' is replaced, but the order ought to remain the same if retaining any normal designations, 'cos it sounds better that way.)
