Went to APU for my 'Work Experience Interview' today. The professor that met me looked precisely like the stereotype of professors in films (there's a certain type of trousers only worn by teachers/professors/etc...). We wandered seemingly aimlessly through some corridors, and met the nice ppl I'll be working with, and more importantly the cool-looking software I'll be working with *grin*. When I said I had a couple of exams in the middle of it they were really nice and worried about how having to come in on the other days was going to affect my revision, and when I said I'd prolly have to leave a bit early each day 'cos of the train they laughed and said 'no-one worries if you sleep in until 10am, no problems about leaving off early'. They also basically instructed me to wear casual stuff.
So, happiness about that. Unfortunately I've gone really tense and edgy for no good reason since I've got home (as per the other post). Grr.
