(no subject)

Apparently there are Jousting Knights at Hedingham Castle, tomorrow (and today, but I was busy today). Anyone interested? I am now in posession of a car for the purpose of driving people around, provided people are within a reasonable distance (i.e. not more than an hour's drive away!) and capable of providing reasonable directions, or capable of turning up somewhere between Chelmsford and Braintree on a train (although *please* not White Notley, because I can't find that wretched station whatever I do). For the terminally lazy who can't be bothered to look at the website, the event apparently begins at 10am and finishes at 5pm, so I'll be driving around at some ungodly hour in the morning and will aim to get there around 10am (because I'm punctual like that).

For people who prefer a bit of warning, apparently there's a Medieval Siege on the 27th of September, too. (Especially as I might suddenly decide in the morning I feel far too ill to do any such thing - my period's due - so if you're planning to meet me there you might want to leave me a mobile number.)

(Oh, and I am likely to a) ask you to help navigate if you want a lift, and b) get horribly, horribly lost on several occasions, possibly despite your best efforts.)
