Meh. Someone/something ate my poll. (After I'd submitted a vote to it (so I can see the thing on my friendspage!), so it was an eating and not a didn't-exist-in-the-first-place thing. And I didn't mess up the number editing the post or anything, because I found the page in history where I'd submitted the vote and the poll was eated when I tried to go back to that, too.)

Edit: it spat it out again. most odd. I did have a 'let's do this the old-fashioned way' thingamy here, but I don't need it now, as long as the poll stays de-eaten.

There was a problem with the LJ servers, where they were out of sync, making things appear and disappear for a bit, as they were there on some servers and not on others. alanj says that things are hopefully fixed now though.
