Whee is for website updates!

My website has been updatedish at last - with the first four chapters of Kestra! And pretty pictures to go with each chapter! And new bullet graphics on the Kestra contents page!

...photos? what photos? oh, *those* photos. might get round to them eventually.

If you're really lucky, there might be some more Haylar, and poetry, and pretty pictures, too. But don't hold your breath.

So explain to me why you didn't put it under "Writtings of various vintages"?

You just wanted to get another entry on your front page so that people wouldn't miss that you'd added it, didn't you?

(Yu see, those of us with cunning and tact organise the files properly and then have a "What's New" page).

(As for a What's New page, they have a habit of embarrassing the page's author if there isn't regular updates - 'What's New as of nearly a year ago' isn't particularly impressive.)

btw, I wrote a script called "ljgrab" that copied a public post from my journal and saved it into my site on pinkstuff-- that's how I moved most of my LJ stuff over to my site. Say if you want a copy.
