For the benefit of people who are concerned about me:

Almost all of my depression can easily be traced to physiological issues, namely, not eating and drinking correctly (also, to a lesser extent, not getting enough sleep (and *regular* enough sleep) and not maintaining adequate personal hygiene). I can generally tell when I have a minor illness like a cold coming because I get 'my future is bleak and unpromising'; if I don't drink enough water, I get 'oh the woe and pain of my bleeding raw heart' and if I don't eat enough / well enough I get the lack of ability to start doing things.

Of course, this is a self-perpetuating cycle...

My ability to eat became a lot better once I started trying to cook Meals that Matt and I could eat together and which were healthy. Maybe this would also work for you? You get a tangible reward of food and therefore mental and physical wellbeing, and company of your husband and conversation and recognition of your effort, and it can be quite interesting and something that you can be creative with if you want, or quick if you can't really be bothered.
Also, REWARD STICKERS FOR THE WIN! You can get them in WHSmiths. You need someone to arbitrate them, however, or you ether can't be bothered to do them or get yourself caught up in feeling you aren't worth one....and having a reward at the end (even if it is a day off reward stickers :-p) helps. There are also special ones for eating.

Getting into a routine is the best way to beat that depression. Fill your day with reading, visiting people and so on. When you start work it'll all feel a whole lot better. How was your wedding? Its sad you should be depressed so recently after it.
