Life goes on. I fail to update my LJ.

I don't have any time until August.

My project carries on. I now have over 1.5k lines of code. They don't do anything. Also I think I am going to have to write bits in C.

Last weekend I went to look for a wedding dress. I found one that I and my mother both liked, but it is far more expensive than I wanted to pay. On the other hand, I can't get together the energy to go shopping in normal dress shops, so I think I shall probably be purchasing it anyway. Also we watched darts, because there was a TV and the appointment started late. Darts players look uncannily like LARPers.

I have also been playing Anarchy Online. It is really badly proofread, and contains far too many different kinds of AC. OTOH, it is free and pretty.

I am a bit flat at the moment, and intend to remain so until August, because I am busy, and need to solidly get stuff done, which doesn't really leave space to be happy. Everyone tells me to relax and not worry about things, so that is what I am doing; I am not worrying about things. However, I am working, because I need to work, and trying to sleep at vaguely sensible times.

I intend for there to be nothing interesting happen until August, although there's a few LARP events I have scheduled to keep me properly insane.

Roughly: "Here is a specification of the TCP protocol. Please write a TCP stack using it as your reference, and see if it works / what things you have to munge to make it into an implementation"
