It has come to my attention that lots of people are planning to get married in Summer 2006.

We would like not to clash dates with too many of them.

I have entirely lost track of who is getting married when.

If you are planning to get married or do something else important in Summer 2006, and you or your friends are likely to at least want to come to the party after our wedding, please comment with when you're unavailable so we can try and schedule things sensibly :).

For some reason I read that as "I have entirely lost track of who is getting married to whom"

I might possibly have a birthday that year.

Ooh, who is the other? (are the others? you know what I mean, anyway)

My bridesmaid, (damn her :-) ) could only get the venue she wanted the week after us :-) So I get to be a bridesmaid the week after I get married, which will be very strange...

Well, it's not entirely impossible, I suppose. [livejournal.com profile] chess has often noted that she is fairly disorganised...

Yeah, I think I got one of those next year too.

That's a coincidence. Most people I know seem to be having them THIS year.

I am definitely _not_ having a birthday two years from now. I might not have one next year either.

That kinda sucks, but at least you're not getting old so fast ;)

I, um, might go to LA for LAconIV and the production of Der Ring that might be happening (Dad said he'd pay for ticketsies). Then again, I might not. So that's not much use atall.

I'm free for a wedding in 2006 if anyone wants to get married...

We could have one massive group wedding. If everyone pooled their money, you'd be able to rent somewhere really big. And my neighbour says "and the wedding night would be much more fun" so never mind. Doh! :)

Would that be like everyone ending up married to each other? And then we could all live in a big house together? 'Cos that'd be cool.

On the serious side, I know of no other weddings and I should be free and around for any next year weddings (please God!).

You're getting married? Wonderful news! You kept that quiet at XF, or was I not paying attention. Yes, I should probably have spent at least some time having a conversation with you this year, but it was a busy'n for all (not that that is a good excuse). Exciting stuff.
