I have subsequantly determined that it was my saucepan in the box, with a bunch of other stuff, which appears to just be Stuff Housekeeping Found Lying Around. So I now have a saucepan. The soup was very tasty.
I should post about the week soonish, but now I want to wash up and cook myself some tea.
