I made some new icons. They are not very good, but I felt the lego figures didn't really cut it any more.

I managed to get Lab 5 done this morning before the noon lecture (which told us a lot of things we already know about how to make the group project work that everyone will ignore because they do every year), but by the time I got back from eating lunch all of the boards had gone again. So I have spodded ever since, although that has included answering the lab surveys for the three ticks I have done.

Yesterday was Wednesday, on which I did only just slightly more than nothing. There were lectures in the morning, then after lectures I went home to do DS&A work. Instead I spodded mightily, although I did eventually get it done about 5pm. My supervisor sent me a sarcastic email informing me that 25 hours was more than a little late.

Then there was Enemy, which was actually quite good. My character wasn't involved all that much, but I did get to basically direct half of [livejournal.com profile] mdavison's character's actions in the Happy Fun Out-Argue The Mountainfolk scene, which made me more interested. Unfortunately I appear to have made a survivable character who therefore doesn't really get involved much, so there were still one or two bits where I felt like curling up and going to sleep.

Tuesday I really did do nothing. I went to the noon lecture about the organisation of the group project.
Now I've got my hands on a board, so I'll go and do stuff with it.

Yeah, RPGs are more fun if you don't worry overly about survival (although only if you don't *have* to worry overly about survival...) - wish I'd realised that about three years before I did.
