Except my code almost-works on the board and does not work at all in simulation. Also, the Quartus Web Edition won't let me add pins to the simulation properly; I had that problem for a while with the one in the lab and finally got it to work by means unknown, so I'm not sure how to solve it. (When you press 'list', no list of pins is forthcoming.)
Ticks 4 and 5 do appear to be fairly trivial with the application of sufficient time; it's the way Tick 3 Just Doesn't Work that's getting to me.
