Hmm, my first day at my first actual earning-money type of job. It doesn't feel like a *proper* job tho, 'cos my dad got it for me, so he's around (I mean, a normal secretarial temp wouldn't have lunch watching the Production Director and a manager (I think - not sure what his position is actually) playing an ancient golf game on the computer...) and people are nice to me. Pretty boring work, but I don't get bored easily if I have *something* to do, especially if it's computer stuff. While the computer I was meant to be using was being given access to the files I needed, I got a tour of the factory (well, the building I was in anyway) and introduced to a lot of people I didn't need to know, like the MD - also something a normal temp wouldn't get. The other person in the room had a radio playing Radio 1 - it wasn't that bad really, they played Manics (A Design For Life), Travis (Sing, and summat else I can't remember) and Coldplay (Yellow) and I basically tuned out the rest. Some of the people stuff said around me was kinda funny too. So all in all, a pretty okay experience.
