chess: (when her eyes narrow head for the hills)
Currently suffering from a slight attack of 'Gah, have wasted the Easter Holiday'. It feels like I've broken life by doing so, because I've used a sub-optimal strategy and what I really need to do is start over or at least reload from about a month back, and I can't, so I'm going to lose (i.e. not have a perfect score) no matter what. This is a really stupid feeling and I hope to get over it soon.

I could also do with some plan or other not to waste the rest of my life similarly, but I only have about five minutes before I'm going out anyway, so I can't really formulate one right now. Plus, I think such things all demand more tuits than I have readily available.

I could do with some better plans for the summer, though, because at my current count I get two months to waste utterly during them.

Can I reload from about 22 years back? I think I was doing pretty well in the first 6 months.

Get a menial job of casual-ness or two? How broken up are those months?

Here's hoping you'll have got over it by the time you read this. Hmm. Why not go abroad and learn/improve upon a language over the summer? (Alliance Francaise/Alliance Francaise UK, Goethe Institut) You'll be broadening your horizons and making yourself more employable. Whee!

Um. *hugs*
