Had a good time at the CU houseparty thing. We had an adventure playground and went for a big walk around the fields and set marshmallows on fire...

Listened to Jars of Clay all the way home and have got lots of their stuff very stuck in my head right now. This is not necessarily a bad thing.

Have discovered gradients. Essex does not have them. Am not sure I approve. Especially not when ferrying four people plus luggage to and from train station. Car certainly did not approve. Second gear all the way.

Am currently at skip=100, and hence rather behind with you all :-(. Probably not going to get much better, either, as have lots of Stuff to do. Like packing clothes.

LOL

you can get a big car up to 30mph + just rooling it.

I hope the hills dont bother you too much.

What does "skip=100" meen?

When will you be in Cambridge?
Do you want to get together?

(Other points: I'll be at Eden for the morning and evening services - 10am and 6pm, say if you want to meet there), there's also a Poohsoc meeting (Room 1, 3 Selwyn Gardens) on Sunday at 5pm, I think), if you want me to come and meet you somewhere (e.g. Churchill) and help you find the way then give me a yell.)

Not a lot of gradients in Cambridge, though. Except Castle Hill, which you might be seeing a lot of at your end of town, I suppose, but in most places that'd hardly be much of a slope.

Castle Hill is quite slopey really.

I can only do 12 up it! :)

i'm not even sure what a gradient is--except I gather it has something to do with hills, and Florida is completely and absolutely flat. A big hill here is 10 feet.
