chess: (trivial (Surveys/webtests/amusing junk))
If you really want to be miserable: Worry. Fast. Don't get enough sleep. Eat on the run. Keep no routine whatsoever. Travel alot. Work the graveyard shift. Eat cold food and leftovers. Get yourself worked up, cold, and tired as often as possible.

This amused me terribly because it sounds like *exactly* what I tend to do when left to my own devices...

***PITTA***

Your ayurvedic body type (dosha) is PITTA, composed
of the elements Fire and Water.

Pittas are strong-willed, fiery, light-eyed people
with warm, oily skin and good circulation who
tend to gain or lose weight easily. When
stressed, Pittas become irritable, angry, and
frustrated. Inflammations, rashes, ulcers,
heartburn, and fevers are common Pitta
ailments. Pittas do better in cool environments
and plenty of outlets for their energy.

To keep your dosha in balance, keep cool in your
emotions, your body, and your food. Avoid
caffeine, salt, alcohol, fried foods and oil,
red meat, and hot spices. Eat lots of fresh,
raw fruits and vegetables, dairy foods, and
whole grains, and emphasize sweet, bitter and
astringent flavors. Get plenty of fresh air
and find constructive ways to air out your
emotions and opinions as well.

If you really want to be miserable: Drink lots of
booze and eat lots of red meat and salty, spicy
food. Wear tight, hot clothes. Find the
hottest, stuffiest place you can, then stay
there. Do things you find frustrating and
bottle up your feelings about it.

I dont think the quiz had the capasity to do me properly cos none of the answers that i was forsed to choose propperly applied to me and im not going to stop eating the foods it listed cos they my faves.

Look foward to hearing from you again hope you are having a good holiday.

Why do you want to be miserable when you can go shopping with Melody??? ^_^
How insightful: to be miserable "do things that frustrate you". Without their guidance we might never have realised.
Erm what??? I havent got a clue what you on about would you mind explaing it for me at my level.
In your survey results it says "To be miserable: ... do things that frustrate you ...", which I was commenting was an entirely superflous statement; oh look, doing things that frustrate me frustrates me! What a surprise! And being frustrated is bad, and makes me miserable, such a revelation!
I get you now.

Its a load of old rubbish anyway. Who ever thort it up didnt think to include the scope to make it accurate to everyone.
