I ought to be a cat.
Evidence: I like fish, I like the smell of catfood, I like wandering around in the sun, I like being petted, I like purring and making cat-like noises, I'm disproportionately scared of dogs, I want to have fur and claws, I have a vicious streak, I like to pretend to be cute and loveable and harmless, I like torturing small furry animals, I don't like people in general that much but I do like attention, I tend to need to be aloof and wander off alone on a reasonably regular basis...
