More Haylar.

I don't appear to have woken up at any point during the day. Nevertheless, I still shouldn't have bothered getting out of bed; it appears I've done more harm than good (on several counts) due to being particularly good at saying the wrong thing at the wrong time.

And I have to get up at 9am tomorrow. (I woke up at 11am this morning; this is most unusual, I sometimes 'sleep in' to that time after having woken up earlier, but rarely ever wake up at that time after any great length of sleep.) Hence I'm going to go get some extra sleep now.

Sleep is good.

Thats all there is to say really sleep is good for you. why do you need to get up at 9am on a half term day?
