(no subject)

Well, I was planning to post a long rant about this morning's service at church and generally how useless I am, but thankfully I decided to show it to my parents first and they talked me out of the hole I'd dug. Last night's meal out at my aunt's was so-so; the cousin I used to have something at least in common with is seeming increasingly normal and boring nowadays, but for a social occasion it wasn't horrendous. Today we get to visit grandparents and have a full-scale 'family dinner' - now that promises to be excessively boring, especially as I've been warned not to make Bethany and Samuel (my littlekid cousins) overexcited, which is normally the only fun I have at these things.
