Sep. 3rd, 2001 08:41 pmToday I've been very random...
I keep getting overly stressed about, well, everything. This is Not Good. Every time something deviates from perfect my tone starts getting confrontational and stuff, without me even noticing it half the time. I thought I'd got over this, but it seems to have suddenly got much worse again...
In other news, both my parents now *need* computer access for stuff, which makes our stratagy of having three computers seem sensible until you realise that one of the computers is a rubbishy 3.1 box and so my parents can't really use it for some of the stuff they need to do (i.e. only my dad can get any use out of it and he needs the 'net at random intervals too which he needs one of the other two computers for). Add this to the fact I'm going to be doing 5 A-levels (yes, I am a complete idiot, thank you for asking) and it doesn't look like my prospects for large amounts of time to waste online are that great. I'm kinda torn - on the one hand I do get lethargic and stuff from spending too long online, but on the other I do want to keep all the friends I've made here and don't want them to feel neglected.
I'm also still worried about no way near having enough stuff to persuade any Uni to take me beyond my grades... and a little worried (randomly and pointlessly) that getting in late for school will mean I'll miss out on oppertunities to find out about stuff to do at school, and will mean I'll have to choose between my friends at school and doing stuff (with lunchtimes etc, 'cos my frees are all out of alignment with, well, everyone as far as I can tell)...
Maybe I just need more sleep. Which means getting up early isn't going to be friendly either. Grr.
