(no subject)

I just got home from school, after walking down to the train station, catching the right train (after standing on the wrong platform for about ten minutes), getting off at the right station, walking back home from the station, and getting into the house 'cos I'd remembered a house-key this morning! I've never managed to do all this on my own before; it may not seem like a big thing, but every time I've tried to get home from school by myself before something's gone wrong or someone's gone with me some of the way.

Hmm, I seem to remember an appropriate phrase to sum this up:
Baby step. *grin*
