./~ Wake up, it's a beautiful morning
The sun is shining just for your eyes
Wake up, it's so beautiful ~\.
I just spend ten minutes wandering around my back garden (well, it's more of a back patio, it's all concreted over but the concrete's quite old now and a bit bumpy and cracked and stony) in my bare feet. I feel so alive! This is what I mean when I sing to myself:
./~ I wanna fly and run till it hurts
Sleep for a while and speak no words ~\.
It doesn't mean I don't like civilisation, I love it, I need it, it sustains me and feeds me and my brain. But it does mean that I do need to get away from it, just for a few minutes, now and then, something I've been forgetting more and more recently in my drive to pack as much as possible into a day.
