Now, I dislike guessing games. But this 'say three things about yourself anonymously and let the LJ owner guess who you are' thing looks quite fun. So as long as you all promise not to be offended when I guess in a hopelessly ineffectual manner, I'd like to give it a go.

Of course, I could have tried to say 'in my journal it's a 'say three things about yourself' meme', but I suspect it would get fewer responses. If you want to instead / as well as the above say three things about yourself non-anonymously, preferably three things you don't think I know, that would be good too.

I took Mathematics at Oxford Univesrity but failed my first year examinations (and so have been watching anxiously the news of the trials and tribulations of the Chessypig over the past year).

I am happily married with three sons.

The last movies I have seen are The Day after Tomorrow and Troy but at the weekend I'll be seeing Harry Potter and the Prisoner of can't-ever-spell-it-right.
