Three out of six Shiny CICCU John's Gospels distributed, and now safely in the hands of two confirmed atheists and someone I don't know hardly at all. (Two other people were out, and the third I suspect is out and had forgotten about until I got back here.) Met Ewan on my wanderings, and thought about providing him with one (there are no fourth years in the Churchill CU, so the fourth years aren't getting gospel distributors), but before I'd had time to decide I'd already just said 'Hi' and walked past. Probably should have, if simply for the humour value. Not sure I did any more good than just dropping them in pidgeonholes, but never mind.
Now I am even more tired, but thankfully just tired enough not to be particularly down, on the grounds that it would be too much effort. (Not that the soundtrack has got any better, mind.)

And I don't need a copy of John's gospell incidentally. If I wanted to read the bible I would look it up online, then I could poke all the translations instead of just the CICCU authorised version.
Since CICCU are doing such things I have decided to carry the Book of the Law arround with me for thwapping purposes.

I'm rather tempted to post you one of the CICCU Gospels. (I acquired quite a few.) Do I have your snail-mail address?

However, foolish little me managed to get sucked into the whole process later, but that's another story.

On a completely unrelated note (wouldn't pollute LJ with this, but you're not on any IM programs), you seem to have friended yourself.
And I have just taken the time to look at your usericons and realize they weren't the same all those times, but actually meant something. I would do really badly on those 'spot ten differences' things if I didn't know I was playing, probably.
