Why do I do personality profile thingamies that actually ask questions about your personality? I always answer with the person I feel I should be, so I get back this person who is logical and rational and disciplined and self-controlled and...

...I hope that's not me. It sounds stuffy and boring and an awful thing to inflict on others. It sounds like someone who would be horribly frustrating to me.

I was going through a list of characteristics, and I couldn't rank them properly, because there are two of me, and one is one of them, and the other is the other set. I'm often happy, but I'm often sad. I'm often anxious, but I'm often calm. I'm often depressed, but I'm often content.

I am, however, most unambiguously confused.

As in there are two answers which are both equally valid, at different times (only two? You are boring and stable!), or you can identity two distinct personalities who would give consistantly different answers (start getting scared)?

Hmmm fun flickers of light shine though an overpowering sensible exterior :)
