Added you on msn and y!, although I don't usually use Y!. icq and msn are the usual hangouts.

I also use trillian, it seems to be more stable and less bloated than the separate IM clients. Probably more secure too

I'm on 3 IM services (count'em!), 'cos no-one was on MBA4. Surfers was horrible and noisy last time I tried it.

I logged onto MBA4 just before I made this post, saw that absolutely no-one was there, and retreated to the IM clients where there were at least some people.

Generally, you send me email, and then I talk to you (or LJpost/comment the answer), making replying to the email seem rather pointless, especially as they're normally along the lines of 'when are you going to be on'.
