Lots of random stuff - the page title, the 'showing the first n' or 'n entries after skipping m', the comments text. Basically all the little text bits are slightly different.
The rodents thing rocks! (I hadn't seen it before because I tend to live on my friends page and not visit other people's homepage. Wouldn't it be neat if the options were set to appear on the friends page entries as well?).
(And I must object that your poll for how terrible doesn't have a "really quite nice actually" option).
Oh, and don't you think "recall the last 50" is a bit overkill? Last 25 perhaps? You'd have to have not read LJ for over a month for last 50 to be useful on your journal.
Anyway, enjoy playing with your extra features (and then see if you can come off them after 6 months ... hmm, have I got birthday and christmas presents figured out for the rest of your/my life?)
I like having last 50 on the page, 'cos I normally use it when I'm trying to find a past post someone's talking to me about.
I also like seeing the past 50 on other people's pages when I'm looking for new ppl to add, or I'm bored, or someone just friended me and I want to read their old friends-only posts.
