Today it appears that my body has decided to use the 'hungry' signal to mean 'thirsty', and complain bitterly if I actually try and drink anything.

My period attempted to start, but I gave up and took medicine too early because it hurt too much, so now it's run off again. Grr.

I have been vaguely reading notes today but my brain isn't working so it isn't much use.
